2023: "Here are the profound truths that I am taking with me into the new year."

I am deeply grateful for the year 2023; spending this year gave sense to the rush of energy I felt running through my body on the New Year evening night watching firewalks, mesmerized by how I was feeling. It was a special feeling I couldn’t even explain to my loved ones; I was so quiet and smiling for 15 minutes straight. I knew deep down that this year was coming with special treatment; I knew deeply that something in me had shifted. I feel a completion of a 7-year cycle in my spiritual development, and that is true”

My suffering is the source of my salvation: “Deep breath.” My emotions have guided me throughout this year; contractions in my belly have served as a signal to pause and observe. My reactions went in slow motion most of the time; every negative emotion was revealed to me when I was looking at the situation with my wounds and not how Source was looking at it. Those pauses created a space between how I used to react and how I am choosing to be. It keeps coming, and now, with an opportunity to unwrap the gifts that are hidden in the layers of my suffering.

Momentum is what creates experiences: I am deeply grateful for my mornings. Through Abraham Hicks’s teachings that accompanied my coffee in the morning, I was reminded through her that creating momentum first thing in the morning when my vibrational frequency is most likely high is what makes a difference between today’s experience to yesterday’s. We are born again every morning. We are brand new every day when we wake up; mornings are sacred when we choose to look at them that way. I created rituals that helped raise my vibration in the morning; it started with the night before when I released the day. I visualize it as a golden light wrapping moments of the day exactly the way it showed up. I say to myself, my day was perfect the way it showed; I can’t wish to add or remove anything; it was just perfect the way it was, the people I saw and talked to, the food I ate, phone calls, texts, strangers, every moment made this day a special and unique one, now I release you, now as I lay down, I am clearing my vibration, everything that happened today belongs to the past, and I give thanks, when I wake up in the morning, it will be a brand new and unique day, a brand new me. In the morning, straight after waking up, I sit for my silent meditation to meet the high vibration frequency of the day, and most days, that’s the momentum I keep throughout the day; I see my days unfolding with special moments.

I learned that the experiences in my outer world are a reflection of my inner frequency. This realization made me focus on how I feel inside rather than trying to control what's outside. No one else is responsible for my well-being, and if anything disrupts my inner focus, it means I'm on shaky ground. When I approach people and situations with love, compassion, and positive energy, I attract beautiful experiences. On the other hand, being judgmental, reactive, and self-centered leads to negative experiences. People and situations adapt to our energy, so when we vibrate at a high-frequency level, we attract positive outcomes, and when we're at a low vibration, we attract negative outcomes. To improve my relationships and friendships this year, I made it a habit to sit in silence, take deep breaths, set intentions, and ground myself before meeting people. Choosing to show up with love and positivity made a significant difference.

Shifts happen when we are truly ready to receive them. Wanting a shift or a change is different from being prepared for it. Readiness comes from experiences, and you may think you understand something by reading or hearing about it, but it is only through experiencing it that the shift occurs. Words alone cannot teach us; life experiences are what truly teach us. Understanding this reality has helped me cultivate more patience towards myself and others. I often speak about the importance of pausing in life. Pausing creates space for contemplation and clarity, which can ultimately lead to personal growth and transformation. Shifts can happen unexpectedly when we least expect them and when we are busy living without being too focused on our expectations. Having goals is important, but it does not serve a higher purpose to only focus on the end goal. We must also pay attention to the lessons we learn throughout the process, as these lessons are what lead to major shifts in our lives. The future is always happening in the present, so we must be present enough to notice the changes happening within us. When we are attentive enough to the changes within us, life stops repeating the same experiences for us to learn from. Instead, life becomes an exciting journey filled with new experiences and lessons that keep us growing.

I have learned to take an easier path in life by focusing on what makes me feel good. I used to believe that when something was not going right in my life, I should give it my full attention. However, every experience has a momentum or energy attached to it, and when we focus on negative emotions like lack, not feeling loved, or not having enough, we are actually building more momentum towards it. This means we are not changing the situation but instead making it worse. We are adding more resistance to it, and that's not the way to achieve what we want. A change happens when we shift the momentum of our desire, and the best way to achieve that is by withdrawing our attention from the negative aspects of our lives. We can create a new story around it by zooming out a bit. Instead of focusing on what we don't have, we should focus on what's working in our life. For example, instead of saying, "I need more money," we should say, "Money makes my life enjoyable and interesting, and I am a receptor of enough abundance in my life". Changing how we talk about our desires can create a positive momentum that leads to what we truly want. Choosing an easier path in life means unlocking solutions and creating fewer problems. We can achieve this by flowing with life's momentum instead of resisting it. This is how we dissolve resistance in our lives: by choosing flow over bumpy momentum.

You are not for everyone, so is who you are and what you offer. "You are not meant for everyone; the same goes for what you offer. This is not to sound egotistical but to acknowledge that people connect with things that make sense to them. I remember the one thing that made me start sharing my thoughts online was the realization that I wasn't doing it for others but for myself. That was an added bonus if my words resonated with someone else. Acting or speaking for the sake of others' validation creates an endless cycle of fear and self-doubt. Instead, focus on raising your own vibration and reconnecting with your authentic self. Your soul tribe will naturally find you. My focus has been on showing up with love, and whenever I feel doubtful or uncertain, I pause and reconnect with my true self. The process isn't always what I want it to be, but that's okay. In the process, your voice becomes clearer and more refined. It's never truly "finished," and that's why you can never get it wrong. Trust that it will guide you home. I hope this makes you smile."
