Meet Sabrina Ruhigira - Founder | Soil & Ether Collective

I am Sabrina Ruhigira—a guide, visionary, and torchbearer rooted in the sacred soil of Rwanda, Africa—a land where resilience flows through generations and stories hold the heartbeat of ancestral wisdom. My journey began with a quiet whisper—a stirring within me, calling me to remember something I couldn’t yet name. At 22, this whisper became an undeniable symphony, urging me to question what I had been taught, to step into the unknown, and to begin where I was with what I had. My journey has been one of weaving the wisdom of my Rwandan heritage with the timeless teachings of spiritual masters from diverse lineages; each path I have walked has illuminated a universal truth: our shared humanity is a tapestry interwoven with the light of our ancestors, the lessons of our challenges and the infinite possibilities of our souls.

Guided by an unshakable curiosity, I embarked on a journey of rediscovery. Books became my mentors, meditation my sanctuary, yoga my breath, and intentional living my compass. Along the way, I encountered wisdom from traditions that transcended borders and time, connecting me to the shared truths that unite us all. Rwanda, with its unspoken truths and deep-rooted spirit, mirrored my own awakening, revealing untold stories, inherited wounds, and the power of profound healing and transformation. Each teacher, each sacred teaching, and each inner revelation illuminated the light within me—the light I am here to carry forward.

Through this journey, I began to see the interconnectedness of all lineages—the universal threads that bind us across generations and geographies. I learned that the path of honoring our ancestors and embracing life’s sacred lessons is open to everyone, no matter their roots. Within the shadows of my own history, I uncovered the eternal light that had always been there—a light that transcends identity and circumstance, carrying the essence of creation itself. There came a sacred moment of realization: the light I had been seeking was within me all along. That eternal and infinite light has carried me ever since, guiding me toward wholeness and purpose.

This knowing became the foundation of Soil & Ether Collective—a sanctuary for healing, remembrance, and renewal. It is not just a platform; it is a sacred invitation to those ready to step beyond inherited limitations, integrate their sacred lessons, and align with the highest expression of their being. This is a space where all lineages, all traditions, and all seekers are welcome to remember who they are beyond the imprints of time and circumstance.

As a guide and torchbearer, my role is to walk alongside those ready to awaken to their own light, transcend inherited limitations, and embody the expansive truth of their souls. My story is not one of perfection but of transformation—a journey from forgetting to remembering, from searching to embodying. It is a journey I hold with reverence and extend to you with love.
